Refund Application Conditions
If you wish to request a refund for a purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product. However, refunds are not available for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling. Refunds and exchanges are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. If separate terms and conditions apply to specific products, those will take precedence.
Refund Process
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@neumafit.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the refund in your request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Refund Method
For credit card payments, the refund will be processed according to your card issuer’s policy. It may take 2 to 7 days for the refunded amount to appear on your account. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the bank account you provide. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed appropriately based on the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund: - Items that have been opened or damaged due to customer mishandling - Items that show signs of use - Requests made more than 30 days after receiving the item - Items with opened packaging that affects the product’s value - Custom-made or special-order items
Return Shipping Costs
If you return a product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a product defect or damage during delivery, Neumafit will cover the return shipping fee. Please include the return shipping cost with your return package when applicable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective items. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact our customer service team. After we receive the returned defective item, we will send you a replacement. Please note that exchanges due to a change of mind will incur shipping fees. For such requests, please contact customer service.
Refund/Exchange Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3 to 7 days after the returned item is received. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
